Volunteers bring a rich array of interests, skills, and talents that make a valuable contribution to Kennedy-Donovan Center and the people we serve. At Kennedy-Donovan Center, we appreciate the efforts and commitment of our volunteers and offer a variety of opportunities to fit both the interests of volunteers and the needs of KDC. From clean-up days, holiday giving trees, to donating professional services, KDC welcomes volunteers in helping us achieve our mission.
We encourage you to indicate your interest in volunteering by filling out the Volunteer Interest Form or email email@example.com. We will contact you in the coming days to discuss volunteer opportunities with you.
Early Intervention Parent Advisory Council
KDC’s Early Intervention Parent Advisory Committee aims to increase parent participation and input on program services, resource, trainings, and fundraising events. It is a great opportunity to meet and network with other families while supporting KDC’s Mission. If you are interested in joining, please contact you local EI program.
Human Rights Committee
Kennedy-Donovan Center insures the rights of the people that we support by conducting a quarterly meeting of the all volunteer Human Rights Committee. The Human Rights Committee reviews health related protections, restraints of any kind, medication errors, and all complaints. The Human Rights Committee has an open meeting policy whereby anyone can call KDC and request to be present to express any concerns.
